Mixed Berry Smoothie

Sometimes when I wake up the morning I don’t feel like cooking over a hot stove, I want something yummy and easy so I can get a jump start on my day! Smoothies make a great breakfast and make an excellent pick me up snack. Not only can you make a smoothie in five minutes but they’re packed with nutrients. This Mixed Berry Smoothie is one of my faves!

Here’s Whatcha Need:

1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 frozen ripe banana
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup orange juice

Here’s Whatcha Do:

Throw in a couple cubes of ice and combine all ingredients together in a blender and puree until smooth.
