Episode 10 of #WakeAndBakeCo was to show you three quick and easy desserts even beginner bakers can make! Let’s just say mission accomplished, and each dessert is made with milk’s favorite cookie…Oreos! Whether baking is not your forte or you just don’t have that “from scratch” type of time, these desserts will please your taste buds. #ThankMeLater

#1. The Slutty Brownie

#2. Cheesecake Oreo Bites

#3. Fried Oreos

Here’s Whatcha Need:

Pre-made chocolate chip cookie dough (I used Nestle)

1 package Oreos (you won’t use them all.)

1 box Betty Crocker brownies (eggs, olive oil, & water required)

Here’s Whatcha Do:

1.) Press your pre-made cookie dough into the bottom of a greased 8×8 baking dish.

2.) Line Oreos on top of your pressed cookie dough.

3.) Mix your boxed brownie mix according to the package instructions. Pour over your Oreos.

4.) Now you have three layers, cookie dough, then Oreos, then brownies.

5.) Bake for about 40 minutes on 350; may take a little longer as these are 3 thick layers. The middle of the brownies takes the longest to bake, test with fork or toothpick. When they come out of your brownie and are not too gooey they are finished baking. I wouldn’t bake longer than 50 minutes though because you don’t want your cookie dough to burn or be too tough.

Here’s Whatcha Need:

12 Oreos

16 oz (2 packages) Philledelphia Cream Cheese

2 eggs

1 5 oz Container plain, fat-free Greek yogurt

½ cup Sugar

½ tsp Vanilla

12 Cupcake Liners

Here’s Whatcha Do:

1.) Preheat oven to 350ºF.

2.) Lightly grease your cupcake pan.

3.) Line each muffin tin with a cupcake liner.

4.) Place an Oreo cookie in each cupcake liner.

5.) In a mixing bowl with beaters, blend together cream cheese, Greek yogurt and sugar until thoroughly combined.

6.) Add in vanilla evenly and mix.

7.) Add in eggs and blend.

8.) Scoop your cheesecake mixture into your cupcake liners; on top of the Oreo, I used and ice cream scooper. The cheesecake will rise so don’t fill liners to the top, leave a little room for them to rise without over flowing.

9.) Place in oven and bake for 20 – 25 minutes.

10.) Place on cooling rack and then eat them up. You can also refrigerate these babies.

Here’s Whatcha Need:

Pancake Mix (Just add water)

Vegetable Oil

Oreos (however many you want to serve)

Powdered Sugar (optional)

Vanilla ice cream (optional)

Here’s Whatcha Do:

1.) Heat up our vegetable oil in a deep skillet (enough oil to fry with)

2.) Mix your pancake mix with water – make sure it’s not too thick or too liquidy, if you’re unsure just follow the measurement directions on the package.

3.) Dip your Oreos in your pancake mix, make sure it’s completely coated.

4.) Place your Oreos in the oil and dry 3-5 minutes on each side, or until each side is a nice golden brown.

5.) Place fried Oreos on paper towel to drain excess oil.

6.) Sprinkle with powdered sugar and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

7.) Serve warm and enjoy!
